Imagine a relaxing full day (or 2 days) of wine tasting and zipping along the Goulburn River in your own fishing craft, enjoying the magnificent river scenery, and meandering through picturesque wineries. In between wineries we’ll try to catch the elusive Goulburn River Crayfish, which we will later roast over the campfire and combine with other gourmet foods, local wines and produce to give you a succulent campfire dinner which will be long remembered.
Seduction for the senses - Rush to the Goldfields
Just North of Melbourne, come with us for a full day (or 2 day) treat of wine tasting, horse riding and taking in the spectacular period architecture of the Bendigo region. From 1870 to 1880 Bendigo was considered to be the richest and largest Goldfields in the world, but now it’s treasure lies in award-winning Shiraz and Cabernet – all deep red, ripe and boasting a distinct minty edge to the berry fruit.
For well over a century, the gentle rolling hills which fold away from the granite outcrops of the ranges of Central Victoria have been home to some of the great wines of Australia. At quiet times visitors may find themselves chatting with the winemaker, or having an impromptu tour at one of the region’s best wineries where the new wine is developing in barrel. This will be a truly memorable afternoon in the heart of Victoria. Tour options are for a full day and overnight (including accommodation).

The ultimate quickie weekend away, based out of Alexandra, is on offer in this great all-rounder package.
June to September - In Winter, when the slopes are going off we run a full day on the piste (transport and lift hire included), and then the following day you get can get piste again, with scenic drive and winery tour, quaffing fine wines through the best the Yarra Valley has to offer.
August to March - For the anglers we have premium trout fishing in the Acheron, Goulburn and Rubicon rivers between Alexandra and the majestic Lake Eildon. For those not inclined to drop a line a wonderfully relaxing weekend awaits.
Autumn particularly is a special time in the High Country, with the air brisk and fresh and leaves turning to red, orange and gold. This package is a rare opportunity to ski the famed slopes of Victoria’s excellent snowfields, or catch rainbow and brown trout in one of the Victoria’s most beautiful scenic locations.
